JFK School Pavilion

Demolition of an existing raised deck that was no longer safe for kids to be on. Site work to make new building pad. Construction of a post framed Pavilion that was 30' wide 50' long and had 10' ceilings. This building utilized metal post wraps with post bracing that were also enclosed with metal, this building also has a metal ceiling liner that makes it completely bird proof. MacBracey also poured the concrete floor and replaced the old brick sidewalk with a new concrete one.
