This project involved demolition and modernization to several areas of the municipal facility. The project included complete replacement of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in the renovated areas. In the new assembly room we discovered expansive material in the sub-base and excavated about 4' of sub-base out of existing building and placed flowable fill back in area. The building remained completely occupied throughout construction as we coordinated closely with the owner.
