We completed various renovations at the Valley Stream Apartment Complex, which is composed of seven buildings containing 154 units. Exterior upgrades to the site and the buildings included new roofing and gutters, sealing parking lots, installing a new maintenance shed, and pouring new concrete dumpster pads. Interior upgrades included new kitchen cabinets, new bathrooms, new flooring, new appliances, new painting, and new PTACs. In addition to these renovations, we fully converted six units to be ADA compliant which included adding roll in showers, wheel in accessible workspaces in the kitchen, new appliances, widening doorways, and creating compliant entrance ramps to new patio doors.
