Scope:
This project comprised of several interior and exterior renovations to the eight story high-rise building in Butler, PA. Renovations inside of units included new bathrooms, kitchens, painting, flooring, and hot water tanks. In common areas, renovations occurred in lobby restrooms, community room, hallways, new T1-11 Siding, and mailboxes. Several ADA upgrades included widening interior unit doors, new compliant kitchens and bathrooms, and parking area.
