MacBracey Corporation understands that for safety to succeed, all employees must understand the hazards associated with work, techniques, and resources available to limit those hazards. We encourage an environment of open discussion on any safety item regardless of the complexity of the job or the job function of the employee. All employees on site have Stop Work Authority at all times.
Patrick Bracey, President, oversees the day-to-day operations. To ensure compliance with applicable safety requirements, MacBracey Corporation requires front line management to complete advanced safety training and utilizes third party professionals to conduct audits of our program and site safety.
