Cecil Beer Store Project

This project consisted of a 2,720 square foot masonry addition 18' high for a new beer store and a small renovation to the existing convenient store side.

The interior build out included a 800 square foot beer cave with an epoxy floor coating with FRP wall and ceiling panels. The main beer store floor area has 18" x 18" ceramic floor with 4" ceramic base throughout. All exterior doors are aluminum entrances and the front wall features grid block with 8 large aluminum picture windows. The front sign was designed in coordination with owner and installed directly on masonry facade. The interior project scope included demolishing the existing masonry wall between beer store and convenient store and coordinating installation of new cooler and coffee station.

MacBracey was responsible for site excavation, site storm system, site lighting, and all building construction. This project faced many changes and unforeseen issues but MacBracey worked closely with the owner to make sure the building was constructed professionally and in a timely manner.
