Complete design services and construction services to renovate Priority Equipment Rentals new facility located in Imperial, PA. The project involved MacBracey completing all architectural and MEP design work as well as completing the construction as the General Contractor.

We completely renovated the 4,000 sq.ft office area including new walls, new plumbing, new electrical, new security systems, new cameras, new data/phone lines, new windows and doors, and all new finishes throughout.

The shop renovations included new trench drains, new oil/water seperator, new doors and windows, new liner panels on ceilings and walls of Wash Bay, complete servicing of all existing HVAC equipment in shop, installing 3 new low speed-high volume fans, all new lighting inside and out, and reinstalling all new water/gas lines as required to complete project. We installed a new pressure washer in the wash bay as well as a swing arm to allow access around equipment.

The project was completed with no accidents and was completed on schedule.
