LeMoyne Community Center Addition

This project included the construction of a new building addition to expand the facility’s classroom and support spaces, along with renovations to the existing classroom area. The addition provided a new classroom/multipurpose learning space and new ADA-accessible restrooms, while the existing classroom was renovated to create a cohesive, updated environment throughout the facility.

The work included new exterior construction, large storefront window systems, interior framing and finishes, flooring, ceilings, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, casework, restroom fixtures and accessories, and accessibility improvements. Interior spaces were finished with durable, modern materials and designed to provide a bright, functional environment for students, staff, and visitors.

The completed project seamlessly integrates the new addition with the existing building while providing expanded classroom capacity, updated amenities, and improved accessibility.
