For the Touchstone Advanced Composites Expansion Project, MacBracey Corporation completed a design/build addition to expand the client’s existing facility and support their continued growth and manufacturing operations. The project added approximately 12,250 square feet of new production and operational space to the facility in Triadelphia, West Virginia.
From the beginning, our team worked closely with the owner, engineers, and design team to develop a layout that best fit the client’s day-to-day operations while also planning for future growth. Because of the specialized nature of the composite manufacturing industry, the project required detailed coordination of utilities, equipment layouts, and building systems to ensure the new addition functioned seamlessly with the existing facility.
Once construction began, the project included site development, foundations, structural steel, building systems, and interior buildout for the new addition. The completed expansion provided Touchstone Advanced Composites with additional space to support increased production capacity and future operational needs.
